Catholic Union of Texas, The KJT holds a state convention every four years in which the delegates of the convention elect seven State Directors and the State Attorney. The members of the Board of Directors include the seven Directors, the State Spiritual Director, the State President, the State Vice President, and the State Attorney.

The Board appoints a President (who shall be Catholic) who is also the Chief Executive Officer, a member of the Board of Directors and is resoponsible solely to the Board.  The Board also appoints the State Spiritual Director. The President shall fill the positions of Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer as deemed necessary subject to the confirmation of the Board.
