Insurance Services, LLC Is Now Open For Business

April signaled a new beginning for the KJT when it opened the doors of its wholly
owned insurance agency, KJT Insurance Services, LLC. The new agency offers such
insurance products as auto, home, health, Medicare supplements and long term care
insurance through various, highly rated commercial insurers. Having more than
one carrier for each of the products gives us the opportunity to shop around for
the best product at the best price for you.
“The
agency gives us a chance to serve our members better,” said Director of Sales
and Marketing David Wagner. “When you sit down with a client and they ask about
coverage other than KJT life or annuity products, we can now say, yes we can help
you with that.” KJT Insurance Services is another member benefit that we now offer
to KJT members. Certain carriers that we have teamed up with offer association
discounts that can save you, just for being a member of KJT, even more of your
hard earned dollars.

The
KJT Kapital Account provides the member an opportunity of depositing flexible
premiums into the account at any time. There is no need to wait for a renewal
date to add money.The account is a non-qualified, non-tax-deferred plan. A 1099
will be issued to the member on an annual basis. Member has same benefits as an
insurance member. Issue Age: 0 - 85 Minimum amount to open an annuity is $250.
Maximum Deposit Amount is $300,000.

Currently the KJT is offering a 1% bonus interest rate on all new
Kapital Accounts, Flexible Premium Deferred Annuities, IRA’s and Roth IRA’s. Although
this bonus interest rate will only apply for the first year of the policy, the
contract will still renew at the going base interest rate, while maintaining a
guaranteed 3% interest rate. That means for new policies that are started with
$250 to $24,999 will receive a 5% first year interest rate, while new policies
with $25,000 or more will receive a 5.25% interest rate for the first year. Now
